Terms of Service
These rules apply whenever you invite, run, or interact with the AirReps Discord bot. Using the Bot means you accept them.

Introduction
The AirReps Discord bot ("the Bot") is the community bot for AirReps. The AirReps staff team operates it. Inviting it, running its commands, or otherwise interacting with it in any Discord server means you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms") and that you will follow applicable law plus Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
The Bot is built to help the AirReps server: seller catalogs, ordering pointers, currency conversion, language roles, feedback, giveaways, member stats, welcome DMs, anti-scam, scheduled community posts, KakoBuy link conversion, and mirroring selected announcements to Reddit.
If any part of these Terms does not work for you, remove the Bot from your server and stop using it. Keeping it around after we update this page counts as accepting the current version.

Discord Terms and Policies
The Bot runs on Discord, so Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy apply to your use of it. We do not run Discord and we are not responsible for Discord's product, outages, or rule changes.
By using the Bot you confirm that you are allowed to add bots on the servers you manage, and that your use matches Discord's rules and that server's own guidelines.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not use the Bot to harass, spam, raid, or otherwise harm people. Do not try to break, overload, or game its features — including giveaways, KakoBuy UID checks, seller or ordering commands, the link converter, feedback, or anti-scam — in a way that degrades the service, skips limits, or puts others at a disadvantage.
Do not enter giveaways with a fake or stolen KakoBuy UID. Do not try to dodge a timeout or wipe evidence after the anti-scam filter flags you. Unauthorized access to the Bot, its SQLite stores, or related systems is not allowed. Do not impersonate the Bot or AirReps staff. Do not use the Bot to push malware, illegal material, or anything that breaks Discord's Terms.
We can ignore commands, restrict access, time you out, or remove the Bot from a server that breaks these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
The Bot and every feature are offered "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that seller links, prices, currency rates, giveaway draws, or anti-scam actions are complete or correct, that commands will always work, or that the Bot will stay online.
Seller catalogs, KakoBuy / Wise / AliPay pointers, and converted marketplace links are convenience tools. They are not an offer to sell, a guarantee of stock, or a warranty on any product. Affiliate or referral links (including KakoBuy) may be attached when the Bot rewrites a shopping URL. Currency amounts come from public ECB-backed rates and can be stale or wrong.
To the fullest extent the law allows, AirReps, its staff, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses from using the Bot — including a bad giveaway result, a converted link, a false anti-scam timeout, a welcome DM, a Reddit cross-post, lost logs, or downtime.

Intellectual Property
The Bot's source is published under the GPL-3.0-or-later license. The AirReps name and branding still belong to AirReps. Do not use them to suggest we endorse or are tied to another project without permission. The Bot is not affiliated with Apple, Discord Inc., KakoBuy, Reddit, or any seller.
Content you send through the Bot (commands, feedback, giveaway UIDs, marketplace links, and similar) stays yours. Using the Bot gives us a license to process and store that content only as needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
